HOSPICE ITEM SET VOID REASON TYPES
To add an Hospice Item Set Void Reason Type, go to Settings > Lookup Tables > Clinical Support Tables > Hospice Item Set Void Reason Type

ADD HOSPICE ITEM SET VOID REASON TYPE
To add a new Hospice Item Set Void Reason Type, click on the "AddHospice Item Set Void Reason Type” link
Enter the required information and click "Add".
EDIT HOSPICE ITEM SET VOID REASON
To edit a Hospice Item Set Void Reason Type, click on the edit pencil. You can also end a Hospice Item Set Void Reason Type by adding an end date.
Make your changes and click on the "Update" button.

DELETE HOSPICE ITEM SET VOID REASON
To delete a Hospice Item Set Void Reason Type, click on the trash can
You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete. Click "OK" to confirm.
