PRINT/SEND OASIS MATCHING KEY AND AUTHORIZATION AS REFERRING

Prints/sends the OASIS matching and the treatment authorization code as the referring information on all paper claims as well as EDI claims. For paper claims, the information will print in box 63b on the UB-04. For electronic claims the information will print in the appropriate loop.

For payers that require this information to appear on their UB-04 claims, you must activate this rule as follows: Resources > Organization Payers > Find/Select an organization payer > Rules Tab
 Select the “Add Payer Rule” iconto activate the rule that reads: “Print/Send Oasis matching key and Authorization as Referring”
