CUP/CASE COMMUNICATION REQUIRED RULE
Activate this rule if you want the Clinical Update (CUP) document to be used as a case conference document for when you are having periodic meetings to discuss patient status/ongoing care. This rule creates a Work Basket action event for when your next Case Conference meeting is due, based on the previously completed Case Conference document. To activate the rule go to Settings > Org/Region/Agency > Select agency (3-tier) > Rules Tab > Select the “Add Agency Rule” icon for the rule that reads “CUP Case/Communication Required” > Enter Date > Save.
After you activate this rule, be sure to assign Clinical Update/Case Communication Missing Work Basket action events to the appropriate Associates. Click here to learn more about User Rules.
