Patient’s medications profile show all medications patient is taking (or has taken) while being seen by the agency; includes Drug to Drug Interactions and the ability to print the Medication profile. 

PRINT MEDICATION PROFILE  (Top)

To print the medication profile, click on the "Print Medication Profile" link.

 

After you select this link, a pop-up screen displays that lets you choose what type of information you want to include on the printed profile.   

 

 

Select what you want to print on the report and then select the "Export" button.    The report displays on your screen.   You can use your computer's browser function to save the report to your computer or print the report.  

 

You can change the status to view inactive medications by clicking on the drop down and changing your viewing options. 

FOOD INTERACTIONS  (Top)

You can view food interactions by clicking on the icon below. 

DRUG WARNINGS  (Top)

You can view drug warning by clicking on the icon below.

To view the physician's contact information, click on the address book.

If there are notes added to the medication, you can view them by clicking on the piece of paper.

To print a medication, click on the Printer icon.

By clicking on the drop down to the right of the medication, you get other options for the med.

You can view side effect, pharmacology, patient education in English or Spanish.

Hovering over the icon below will bring up a view of the drug to drug interactions for the specific medications.

You can also sort the interactions by clicking on the drop down under severity.
