CONNECT TO 485

 

If you have an existing Care Needs interim order that you want to attach to either the 485 or Clinical Update interim order, the Care Needs interim order must be in the “saved” status.

To connect to the 485 or the Clinical Update (CUP), use the following path once you are on the Orders tab:

• Hover over the “View actions” dropdown arrow for the “saved” Care Needs interim order you want to attach to the 485
• Select the Connect to 485 link from the pop-up list

The Orders tab redisplays. The Care Need interim order no longer exists within the Orders section. These Care Needs now display in the Care Needs section and show that they came from the 485. Any further changes to Care Needs, Goals and Interventions will be done in this section.
